By accessing or using the BizManage platform, provided by Zyiba IT Solution Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Services
Zyiba provides an AI-powered automation suite for Google Business Profiles (GMB), including automated posting, intelligent messaging, review management, and competitive analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
3. Google API Compliance
Our platform interacts directly with Google APIs. Users must comply with Google’s own Terms of Service. Zyiba is not responsible for any actions taken by Google, including profile suspension, resulting from user-provided content that violates Google’s local business policies.
4. AI-Generated Content
The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text and responses. While our AI is designed to be highly accurate, the User is ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving automated content. Zyiba is not liable for inaccuracies generated by AI models.
5. Payments & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. To prevent service interruption, your plan will automatically renew unless canceled via your dashboard. All fees are exclusive of taxes.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
